How to Spa
Noise
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.
Age Requirements
To maintain our relaxing and peaceful spa environment the spa facility is catered to adults. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE ALLOWED IN THE SPA. Children, age 12-14 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for some spa services.
Cell Phones
In consideration of our guests, we ask that cell phones are put on the silent mode and electronic devices are turned off or used with headphones .
Reservations
Advance reservations are recommended to accomodate your spa preferences. Our spa coordinator will guide you to the spa experience that best suits your needs.
Spa Packages
All spa packages booked for groups of three or more require a 50% deposit. Reservations not cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will not be refunded.
Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out our client profile which is necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. There will be a $25 Barbados Dollar fee for all late arrivals and no shows.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Any appointments not cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time are subject to 100% of the cost of scheduled services. Appointments not rescheduled within the 4hr time limit will incur a $25 charge.Should you need to re-schedule your appointment, please contact the spa at Tel:271-8220
Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.
Pregnancy
Please inform our therapist before beginning treatment so that we can recommend the treatments best suited for you at this special time.
Cleanliness
Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and and our work stations after every treatment.
Payment
All major credit cards with the exception of American Express & Discover card are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler's checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
Gift Cards
Give the most thoughtful gift of all – the gift of relaxation. Choose from any one of our unique gift packages, or simply specify a dollar amount & let your gift recipient choose their own experience.
All Gift Certificates must be presented to be redeemed. Our certificates are recognizable by a code and not by name. They are not transferable to others which means they can only be used by the recipient. No exceptions.
If your certificate has expired there is a $50 reinstatement fee if redeemed within 2 months of the expiration date.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment, but is greatly appreciated by your therapist or esthetician. If you enjoyed your treatment, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk or you may add gratuity to your credit card payment if desired.
